Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, for sanitary reasons we will not issue any refunds. However, we will offer an exchange in case you are not satisfied with your order. The exchange is to be made with something equivalent to the price. If for any reason you do not find something that is equivalent we will provide you with a store credit. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your package. Understandably, after we days we can no longer accept your return request. To be eligible, your order must be in the same condition received; with no signs of use and in the original packaging.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Lost parcels / Wrong address
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for Canada Post losing the package, and cannot issue a refund. If this occurs, please contact Canada Post.

If you wrote your address wrong upon ordering and your package gets sent to the wrong address, please contact Canada Post. We are not responsible and cannot issue a refund.

Order cancellations
All orders (including pre-order) are final. We do not accept order cancellations as we work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
